Our primary goal is to earn your trust and respect. We realize that a satisfied customer is more likely to be a repeat customer. If for some reason you need to return a product, please contact us first to obtain a Return Authorization number. If we made a error in shipping, there is no charge for the return. If however you ordered the wrong product there is a 15% restocking fee. Returns must be requested within 30 days of receipt of your order.  We want your business and we will do whatever it takes within reason to make sure you are satisfied.
