If for some reason you need to return a product, please contact us first to obtain a Return Authorization number. If we made a error in shipping, there is no charge for the return. If however you ordered the wrong product there is a 15% restocking fee. We want your business and we will do whatever it takes within reason to make sure you are satisfied.
